	Gabinete para os Meios de Comunicação Social Agreement

Between the Gabinete para os Meios de Comunicação Social, hereinafter called GMCS, represented by its Director, and (organization) represented by , hereinafter called the second party, this Agreement is hereby entered into under the terms of article eight of the Regulations on the Letting and the Use of the Facilities of the Palácio Foz:

1. The GMCS hereby undertakes to let to the second party the facilities Space to the event (indicate rooms) at the Palácio Foz, for the purpose of Event (indicate event), to take place on Event Date (date), from Hour of the beginning of event (time) to Hour of the end of event (time);

2. The second party hereby undertakes to comply strictly with the terms of the above said Regulations, which are herein deemed reproduced;
3. The price to be paid for the use of the facilities is Price, and the second party hereby undertakes to pay the same by the date of the event.
